i can't see portal management

hello i can't see the portal mangements option,so tha i can create custom portal to insert my html codes

If you are in the New Version of the Administration Panel, click the "Advanced" button and the portal is under Modules, and if you are in the old version hit "Advanced parameters" (On the main Admin page) or the button.

thnx sir,i got it,sir one more thing my ads are not displaying in the portal,i made a custom block and added the html ,it is showing a balnk box that's it

Unfortunately, Forumotion does not allow for us to place our own ads on our forums, and that includes our portal pages. Sorry.
