Post of staff

I just have a quick question. I want to know how you get everybody's avatar and stuff in the post like it is here: https://help.forumotion.com/t368-forumotion-team

I was wanting to do something like this with the staff on my forum, that's why I was asking. I wanted to make a post showing the staff on my forum like you do in the thread listed above.

Just make a normal topic about your forum's staff and copy and paste their avatar image url in BBCode ?
