Facebook Like button on every page ...

Hello.

Could anyone please tell me if there's a way to put a Like button on every page of every topic instead of a Like button only on the main page?
Let's say, I like a topic and would like to share it on Facebook, only that specific topic, not the forum as a whole.
Here's an example:

Instead of linking, write in detail what you want here with screenshots.
Also add a poll to this thread.
Edit: The like button is already there. Do you want to share it on facebook or like it here?

I was talking about a Facebook Like Button.
The one that shows a certain page from a certain forum and a certain topic to a person's Facebook page.

Thanks a lot, I did a search, but didn't find anything.
Let's hope we'll have that button one day :-).
