Managing Post Title Empty Managing Post Title

Hi, I want to take the "Post Title" away for when users post. I have too many people that keep writing things in the title bar and not the body of the post. I thought that changing the topic title setting to "no" for being modified would make it so they couldn't post a title for their post anymore, but they still can. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Or is this something that I can't change?
I have a PunBB forum.

Are you referring to the title bars in replies to a topic?

That setting which you are referring to prevents them from CHANGING the name of the topic once it has already been created. There is no setting that I know of that can prevent them from naming a topic period.

Would there be a way to maybe change the "Post title" to say something else,possibly?
