Inserting arcade games to a forum

hi, i have a few questions i hope u can plz answer! the first is:
i have a site i'm making for my brother called http://mattsgamezforum.niceboard.org
and he wants it to be lyk a games forum, and if u go to http://www.miniclip.com/games/
it says to copy sum thing lyk this:

Hi, your title being non explicit and therefore not facilitating research via the search option, I'm not answering (nor is any other member ) until you change your title for an explicit one, related to your problem

maybe you have html turned off. Switch it to on and try again.

(to put html on, go to admin panell> user & groups > basic settings for users
look for an option that says "turn html on". Select yes.)

is it on in both your profile and in the admin panel? if so try clicking the A/a button to the top right of your post new topic box and add the code then.

and actually, shouldn't that have just made a game pop up? When you put in that code, shouldn't that have a game pop up instead of just the code?

am i the only one who has had the html done for weeks now(IN ALL FORMS) and still has a problem? seriously,check out theemo.forumsactifs.com and double click the pacman icon,then scroll down and you'll see my problem.
