RANK BADGES

I've looked through a few other forums and have seen that it's able to allocate more than one badge to a user. I cannot for the life of me figure out how. I figured out that I can create ranks, and then when I'm doing that I can assign a badge to a rank, but I would love it if someone was able to show me how to assign more than one badge per person.

Unfortunately it does not, I want to know how to assign multiple badges to single users, I know it's possible as I've seen it done on forummotion forums before

What I think is that maybe assigning badges to user groups is how it's done as that allows a user to be simultaneously in several different groups at once.

Is anyone out there able to assist with this, would appreciate the help so much.
