A Sticky Topic?

How to make a topic sticky?

While creating a new topic, click on the little "+" under the message editor box, to see all your options.
You need to check "Post topic as: Normal Read it Warning "

i wont make a sticky topic but
i cant found the "+" in my mesage editor!!
can you show capture of it

please tell me and show detail step for make sticky topic

Just like Typlo said, you need to either edit the first post of a topic or when you create a new topic.After you add all the informations(Topic title, message) scroll down bellow the page until you find the Options section. Then click on the "+" icon that I highlighted in the picture and then choose either Normal, Sticky or Announcement".
