How do i sticky a topic?i got to moderate this forum and the option doesnt show up but ineed to sticky some topics please help

The administrators may not allow you to sticky. Otherwise, it should be with all of the other moderation tools.

simple, click the edit button on the post, then click the + botton to show advanced options, then at the bottom of these options click the circle next to the word sticky, then click save!
