I am part of an online community (forum) called fantage forum. I know, it's for little kids. But I don't go on it to talk about fantage. It's the sub-topics, ie roleplays.

Recently the administrator and moderators stopped going on, one moderator made another account and claimed he was hacked, and another claims to be busy with school-work although there isn't any, but he's procrastinating and thinking that there will be so he's studying.

Anyways, the point is the forum basically has no staff. I'd like to know how we could address the issue. Due to not having an administrator since December, we are stuck looking at a winter theme, with snowflake falling. Yes, snowflakes... Corny I know. There is no order, and a specific user has claimed to log on and off one of the moderator's accounts to ban people breaking the rules. This forum has no order and I'd like some help from you. If you could send someone to moderate the forum, that would be great.

Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Well unless you contact some other member of staff e.g. your friend who has school work then he could perhaps moderate until you can do what is in the above link SLGray linked.

Otherwise you don't have many options. Does no administrator come on sooner?

If the founder and no staff log on for 6 months then you can always put in a request here as the new owner if the forum was indeed abandoned.

Other then that not much you can do as a member accept try to contact the admin. Now if the forum is in any violations against TOS and staff are not there moderating then the forum could be shut down.

I would say get a couple good members together including your self and just start a new forum that you's can run and have all the members come there

I mean if it is a active forum and members enjoy it ,then I am sure they would have no problem going to a new place considering the admin don't seem to care anymore?

The administrator last logged in either in December or late January. I remember him being on for 15 minutes or so, just checking in. Otherwise, he's not on. The theme hasn't changed, and the moderators have left. One has quit, another has decided not to come on until he's done studying, and the other just hasn't been on since. (Then there's the one that got hacked/can't remember their password)

He recently checked in on April 12 for a brief moment, but never changing anything. Not taking any order nor did he edit the theme.

Well, it should meet the requirements as mentioned in the tutorial:

(Must not have been connected for at least six months & one day.)

It may be the founder's choice to let the forum go down.
