report notification

i have a question.. about the report.. in specific post..
is here any notification on the moderator appear in forum that have a pending report?

no no.. im asking about my forum.. when user is report someone.. if there have a notification to the moderator will be appear to notify them there have a pending report..

If you're talking about your own forum then you can get a small pop up. If you're talking about the support forum then someone else will have to answer this.

yeah need help to have a notification for new report.. to notify the moderators..

I'll add to what I said above, you'll get pop up that looks like a PM pop up. Only moderators/admins will see this option.

You can find it in your profile --> Preferences.

The options called "Open report pop-up for new reports"

You can also set it to have email notifications as well.

I think its automatically set to yes if you have the report feature enabled.

Its not in the Admin Control Panel and you don't have an option to set it up.

Have you already got the report system activated on your forum?

If so, tell your moderators to go to there own profile then go into the preferences tab and scroll down and they'll see the options.

The report button is already there in the navigation bar. You can click on it & check it everytime, it won't show a notification though. The only notification you have is the pop-up as Derri mentioned.

Can you see the report button? on your navigation bar? If not then tell us and we can tell you how to add one.

You can check to see if you already have one pre-existing by going to ACP --> Display --> Homepage --> Headers and Navigation --> Check to see if anything resembles a link to the report section, If you do and its not displaying on the navigation bar then most likely you'll have to get an image for it. If there isn't then tell us.

Do you have the toolbar activated on your forum? Report notifications also will appear in the toolbar.
