Rank Bars Not Working At All Empty Rank Bars Not Working At All

Okay so I want this on my forum: https://help.forumotion.com/t122155-blue-glow-forum-ranks and I downloaded them and I cant get them onto my forum! its really pissing me off because I can get to the host site but if it says "admin" I cant get a diff one to say "owner" and all the other ranks that the link shows. Help!
