Profile Setup and Privacy

My forum is on Invision and I was wondering if there was anyway I could allow my members to customize their profile (things like individual backgrounds, etc.) and if there was anyway they could set their profile privacy to things like "friends only", "everyone", "registered users only", "no one", etc.

Doesn't matter if you can help me with only one or both, I just need answers

You can use JavaScript for that, but the obvious risk is that users who disable JavaScript can see it.

You can however restrict who is viewing profiles (as in, you can prevent guests from viewing profiles) by setting it in Admin Panel -> Users & Groups -> Special Rights.
