Make persons Admin

Hello guys,

I need help with a problem. I need to explain it carefully.

I have a standard programmed group (with the crown), listening to the name "Beheerders" I, the webmaster, am in this group. What I wanna do now is make a second group, and give it another name and another color than "Beheerders" with give this group the same Admin rights as "Beheerders." They just have another color. Is this possible? And, how?

Are you think 2 groups set at administrators of forum (with admins permissions)? If think that, I think you can't... But I not shure...

Ok , first you need to make your first group invisible with crown , create a group and put exaclty like group with icon but closed .

After that , create other group put name Beheerders and with your color after that add members and when you add here add and in the first group invisible , that will make members to think is a other group with administration panel acces.

Only the original administrator group will have access to the administration panel. If you create another administrator group, it will not have access to the administration panel. You can have this group moderate the whole forum.

If label a group "Administrators" then its only going to have an aesthetic appeal. It won't have any administration powers.

My moderators on my forum had access to the admin panel but they were also in the original admin group as well. So they were really administrators.

Yes. Like I say, you can't have 2 admin groups with crown. But you can create groups and members of that groups set in original admin group, and original admin group set at invasible.

If you set members in original admin group they will have all admins permissions in forum.

Really admins of forum is only they who is in group with crown.

Yes, if you wont to set that member to admin set him in that invasible group with crown. Then member will be admin, but he will look like member. Than you set him in group Co-admins (closed, or open group) and he will been in that group, Co-admin, and have admin panel acess.
