Notification system

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a possibility to add a Notification bar, just like the one on this forum, to my own forum (www.novatic.saveboard.com), which will show friend requests, quotes and so on? :-)

ACP --> Modules --> Toolbar --> Configuration

Just tried to do so, but nothing comes up on my forum when I enable the toolbar, and I cannot configure anything in the toolbar - all I get is this:

Don't worry you're in the right place

Try selecting "Fix the toolbar" as yes.

Also you can only personally configure what type of notifications you get via Profile --> Notifications

I found out, that it does show, but only when I am viewing a post, and not on the index page.. How do I make it show on every page on the forum?

Do you have any JavaScripts? If you do, turn off JavaScript Management and see if it appears on the homepage.
