It's quite simple. You go to your administrationpanel. Then you click on the tab General. In the first block on the left you'll find 'forumadress'. There you can change the site name, but the '.bulgarian.net' will stay behind the name, unless you'll purchase a domainname.

Good, that's step one. Now go to the second tab and click on the third link:

Are you the root-admin on the forum? Because there are some things only the root-admin (aka the person who created the forum) can do, like deleting the forum and changing his name.

I had entered the main profile that created the forum.

Now login with your account from which I created the forum and I came options.
