so i found this tutorial and was wondering if some could explain it better for me im looking for a slider nav bar but this is not displaying one! http://www.webartzforum.com/t928-slider-panel 
i want it to be on all my pages on the left hand side so the user can mouse over it and it opens with the navgation links such as home,messages. profile, search, faq, groups, and the other ones any one know how to  do this?

So when I added the java script it removed my Editor on my forum!
