How to remove tinypic ads

I get this problem everytime I add new window for widgets etc..

How can I remove this?And suggest me how to make this forum cute looking :3

Actually, I am pretty sure they are not TinyPic ads but are broken images hosted on TinyPic. Try another image host such as www.imgur.com
