i am only member on my forum because i created this forum today and forum is on "holiday" 7 days. then i will open forum to everbody

In order to request graphics you must meet the requirements of having 10 members and 100 post on your forum. Otherwise you're not eligible to request graphics.

For requesting a banner, the requirements are different.  5 members and 50 posts, but you still do not meet the requirements.

You can request when your forum has 5 members (including you) and 50 messages/posts.
