how to control personal messages they send members to each other because I have trouble with some members send annoying messages to other members

You can go in member profile, and then click on link profile, you will get administration panel with member profile, and there you can choose that member can't sent or recive private massages.

I mean if I can see the private messages sent by the member

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Search Users
Locate the members that are abusing the pm system.
Press the usernames which will load the profile pages for them.
Scroll all the way down until you see the option for pm's.
Check the no box and save the changes.

We can not see PRIVATE messages.

Yes, like slg is say, you can't see private messages. All you can do is ask member who is get message to tell you what write in message, and disable member to sent messages.

You can have the members forward the questionable pm to a staff member.

How to forward a private message:
The member press the quote button on the pm.
Then change the username box to a staff member's username.
Press the send.

I think this is not allowed from Greek laws about Privacy & Data Protection. PM means Personal Message and as they say the words only the pm receiver is allowed to read his message and none else. I agree with SLGray and Zyon.
