cant sign into my forum

hi there i have a problem with my forum it wont let me sign in and i am the admin it says the password or username incorrect and i go to change the password but it says invaild email how can i sort this problem out

may be you have insert a code error (false)

where are all the mods gone i have pmd and waited all day for them to get back to me and i have no reply i need to get on my forum today not next week
