Unsubscribing Problem 2v7zbeb

Hello!

I am using phpBB2 and ran across a minor problem today. TT

On the Administration panel, I have checked "No" for members unsubscribing. However, members are still able to unsubsribe from their groups freely. If any user on this board can help me with this problem, that would be a huge help towards myself.

bold is reserved for the team, please avoid using it Wink

Allow members to unsubscribe relates to their membership on your board only not groups. If it is set to yes, it means members can delete their account, if set to no, they cant.

If your group is an open group, members can choose to leave as they please.

All of my groups are "Closed Groups" with members are still able to leave their group. beu

What do you mean by "Bold is reserved for the team?"

a "closed group" lets the members still the possibility to leave the group - you cant prevent that. closed means in this case, that no more members can apply to join this group.

"bold reserved..." means by the way, that you should not use that for your posts in this help-forum. Wink
