Defamatory content about me

Hi, this happened in The Range Place 2.0, there's a group of users controlling the page (admins and mods) and they are like a group of friends or something, about three days ago they decided to troll me using some of my pics from one of the website threads (in wich everyone post their pictures normally) using them as their avatars, painting my face in mspaint. I asked their administrators to stop the thing or do something about it and i haven't got almost any response by now, the problem i have is that those admins are friends with the mods and some of them want to ban me but the admins are like more serious and don't do it cause they haven't got any reason for doing it, at the same time they can't moderate their own moderators for acting childish.
What can i do? there's a way you could help me with it?.

It is your right to have them delete any personal data you posted within their forum, however, if they're not deleting it within your request, you can file a litigation/complaint against that forum:

However, we would like to remind members that we are just volunteer staff members, and we don't handle juridical issues. The decision of shutting down a forum is up to the company.

thanks, i have one more question. If i send this ligitation, it could end up being a "real life" problem? i mean, i don't know anything about juridical issues so in other words my question is: can things get too serious? i just want them to stop using my pics but over all to have administrators that moderate things objectively.

Well, as I already mentioned, we are not to answer juridical questions. But you have the right to complain or not to because your personal info(like your real life pic) is being posted on the forum.

Sending a complaint might result to closing of the forum if proved that the contents being posted against you is harmful or against the TOS of the company.

More likely you will not receive anything from the litigation team, unless they need more information.

We have received your ligation. Infact, the group of admin and moderators were using your personal photo as avatar.
All avatars have been deleted and we removed them from our servers.
The forum has also received a warning for "defamatory content and/or affecting the integrity of a person"
