It keeps saying that my forum is blocked.

Hi, I created a new forum yesterday. Here is the link. samcedes.makeforum.net although I have followed all the steps to unblock it, it keeps saying the forum is blocked. Hence we can't post on the forum.
Also I couldn't login although I knew 1000% my password was right. It kept telling me that either that or my username was wrong, thank god for the fact that I had ticked that they should allow me to send password reset. Also, maybe I did something wrong, but is can you help me with the settings on permissions. it doesn't take some of the settings that I make. Thanks
