Removing dark overlays from images
Sorry about bothering you all so much today. -.-
I've noticed (on the theme i've chosen in particular) that there's an overlay on top of images, making them darker. I don't want to go back and redo the theme after putting the work in already, is there a way to edit the script to remove this overlay?
Example:
Original Signature:
Look on forum:
If you look at it closely you can see the forum is displaying it more dark.

Re: Removing dark overlays from images
It sounds like you're suggesting a semi transparent black background is setting on top of the picture. I don't think so, I don't even see a difference in the two photos. A link to this page you're speaking of would help so we can see it for ourselves, check out the coding, etc.

Re: Removing dark overlays from images
If you copy the URL of an image and paste it into a new tab (any image from that forum, signatures, avatars, in game screenshots etc) and then compare the shot in the url to the shot in the forum, the forum displays it much darker as if there's a front layer of black with a low opacity.

In the screenshot of the forum image, it looks like there is an image behind it.

Re: Removing dark overlays from images
I copied my image links and color codes to a notepad document and changed the theme and it's gone now, sorry for bothering everyone!
Re: Removing dark overlays from images
Since you changed the theme, this topic will be garbaged.
