How do you view the IP address of a member if they have never posted or never do?

I want to ban this guys IP, but can't see it.

You can view the ip adresses of visitors (that are currently online) in "Misc / Board Statistics".

Yeah i know that. This guy is not online. He is a registered member and I want to ban his IP. I am never online when he is..so how do you view the IP knowing this?

Does he have any posts if so go to one of the posts and look at the ip there there shall be a button you click usually has a Question mark on it click it.

No, that is the problem. He has no post, he is just stealing my user emails. he has started his own board and is stealing my info.

Email ban him and hide your forum so only registered members can see you forums and when you think he/she stopped you unhide it but i say wait a week.

If users are only allowed to see the forum, try banning his account meanwhile.

I banned his email and I have it set to registered members only can view. Best ban though is IP. Thanks for the answers.
