how do you find out users passwords?

i cant find anything where it tells me the passwords and i want to know them!
Somebody please help me!

well if you are founder, you can go into his account, in the admin forum, and change his password and tell him the password you changed it to.

Then he can log in, and go to his profile and change the password to what he wants it to be.
