Help me transfer a domain I bought from Gandi and i'll pay you

I recently bought a domain from Gandi.net that I would like to use for my forumotion forum. If somebody can go there look at their domain transfer tutorials and give me a step by step

I looked at this and tried myself but my host gandi.net has different features it seems. If someone can go on their wiki see their tutorials and give me a step by step to do it with my forumotion forum i'll pay .

You could try and get a full refund and buy one with forumotion use the refund money.

We can not help you. You need to get support from Gandi.

Not sure if at this point it's something on Forumotion's end but here is an update.

I contacted their support and they gave me step by instructions through e-mail. They told me to make a CNAME record which I did as you can see here on line 3:



It's been 12 hours since adding in that CNAME record and I still get this error:
