Jquery slider help Empty Jquery slider help

I liked forumotions accordion, but I wanted a slightly different slider so I found this:

However, upon implementing the above I got this:

http://paadmintest.forumotion.com

Any idea why it's not working?

How did you add the HTML, CSS, and JavaScripts codes?

They provided the HTML, Javascript and CSS, though I'm new to this and am not sure how it relates to forumotion.

Anyway, the HTML code they provided I put in the HEADER of the forum.  (Homepage > Generalities)
The CSS code they provided I put in the forum CSS (under Colors)
And Javascript in Javascript management...

Yep, I've got the accordion working successfully before, and am tackling this in the same way.
I think the problem is with the CSS...
