Customization question, custom domain name options? also pay options?

I couldn't figure out how to talk with support. I was all over the support pages, and super confused. Well here are my questions

if I make a forum here, can I have a custom domain name? 

is it only free forums here, or is there a pay option for more freedom?

Can I customize a forum so that the home page is just a drop menu, that promts you select which city you live in?

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Forumotion offers free hosting, but you may purchase a domain name.  Also there are other options that you can purchase.  All options are listed in the administration panel of your forum.  You may customized your forum with anything if it is possible, like JavaScripts, CSS, etc

is it possible to have my home page be just a drop menu, that prompts my members to select a state to continue? I don't know if Javascript or CSS work that way

I really do not know, but someone else might know a way to do it.

P.S.  I forgot to mention that a domain name purchased from Forumotion is only good for a year, but you can renew the domain name.
