Facebook and Twitter share button by subject

Hello all,

Any possibility to add a share Facebook/Twitter button "by subject" and not by page to share the subjects on these ones?

Any share button for Twitter available?

In fact,

I only have "partagez" so "share" in English but when I click on this button, it shares the page and not the subject.

English is not my mother tongue but topic is maybe a better word for my request?

Yes, indeed, I'm using the toolbar

When you use the Facebook icon in the toolbar, it will share the topic you are reading.  The twitter icon will only allow you to tweet whatever you type in the box.
