HTML Page Help

I have heard people talking about them, but I can't seem to find them. How do I exactly make an HTML page?

Go to your Administration Panel => Modules => HTML and JavaScript => HTML Pages Management

Am I allowed to use outside HTML's on it?

You're pretty much allowed to use all things legal and im correspondence with the terms of service.

At the place where you put the HTML, there should be a magnifying glass. Click that.

Okay, but how can others view it. Should it be somewhere in the homepage?

You can add it to the footer or give the URL out.

How do I add it to a footer?

Go to your Administration Panel => Modules => Footer Links => Configuration
