Me and another guy made a Site and then he said he doesn't have time to be an admin anymore so he changed the password and the email address to mine and now i would like to switch the group moderator under admin into my name can i do that?

Who set up the account? You or your friend? One of you would have to be the founder. I would imagine that it is him, since he has been placed as group mod. But just for clarification can you tell me if he was founder or you?

He set it up and i did most of the work for it and now he doesn't have time for it and he quit the site he gave me the password and changed the email address.

What I mean is who set it up in respects to clicking on create new forum, and gave their email addy and registered. Him or you?

He did and he changed the email address to my email address so i now have an admin account and a head admin account and i would like to have just one.
