Re: Spending Credits on a new domain name
I see your forum linked to the address you have posted and I am using Firefox if you have bookmarked your forum you will need to change your URL on that book mark to the address you want to use.
Then Clear your browser's cache and history and try again.
Also if your Domain name has ran out your need to remove the address of the old Domain name by logging in to your forum and going to
ACP >> General Tab >> Forum >> Forum Address >> Personalized domain name Tab >> Force the URL redirection : NO then click OK

Re: Spending Credits on a new domain name
i really can not see what the problem is if your seeing your forum in some other browser it has to do with your end.
Have you Clear your browser's cache and history ?
EDIT: You do not need to buy a new domain name just log in on IE and then go to the steps i have gave you in my last post and Tick No in the settings that will make your forum back to its old URL.
If your Bookmarks are set to your Free Domain name then you will need to change them to this one http://warhammer.forumsmotion.com Again or your forum will keep looking for the old No longer used URL

From the screenshot it looks like FM are offering you a free domain name renewal. You just hit the 'renewal button' and it should renew.

Re: Spending Credits on a new domain name
Hello
If I well understand the problem, you waited for your domain name expiration, to have a new one but your old domain name has been renewed and you cannot buy a new one...
It is probably a mistake and your old domain name has been renewed! Just confirm me you really want to remove your domain name and I'll do it. After that you'll be able to select a new domain name.
Thanks in advance
