are you asking for the theme that this site uses for a skin? If so probably doesn't have a skin available to the public.

The theme for the Support Forum was made exclusively for Forumotion Support Forums.  It is not available on Hitskin.

Like Mati mentioned, this is a heavily modified version of the default phpbb3 skin. We won't be handing this theme out, so I'd recommend that you search for a theme that appeals to you on hitskin. If you can't find anything there, then your only option is to design a theme which would require some experience with images, HTML, and CSS.
