Merging forums(can it be done?)

ok my forum is finished and all is set up.(free forum). now i guy i knows forum is far from finished is already active and think he has a host. got like 43 users were i only started to get.

so will we be able to merge. all his stuff coming 2 my forum so we are only one. we use the same tipe of forums.

how will this be done?

Sorry but you can't merge forums.If you want to you could manually transfer all the posts to the other forum and ask your members to register on the other forum.

How do you transfer the posts though?

I would say copy and paste...a bit tedious if you have a lot of posts.

OK where do you copy and paste them.

oh man, I wanted to merge some of my forums too.


This should definitely be made possible somehow, even if it's only a forumotion forum to another forumotion forum. I don't want to lose all the progress I've had on one of them.
