Double notifications email change activate?

Good morning,

I am getting nervous is all I know this is free so I am trying not to be a big pain I really like this forum a whole lot better than the one I am paying for thank goodness not after July 1 though=D

Ok sorry, it seems that I am getting double of a lot of things, I changed my email and just so you know I will tell you here too if it is ok, the Web Mail u provide for free to personal with the forum is not working properly it takes a very long time to load which would be fine but then it says error it takes a huge amount of time to load and also it always shows an error.

OK BTW: I am getting doubles of all notifications as well as the welcome in another topic, "I changed my email in my profile and I received a double notification to activate it??"

My apologies I was speaking of too many things at once.... This is about my Forum bipolarandsupport....

I am getting doubles of all notifications as well as the welcome PM in one PM, "I changed my email in my profile and I received a double notification to activate it??"

I just register on your forum, to make some notifications tests...
Could you please confirm:
- All your members receive duplicate notification
- Do you know which notifications: - all - watched topic - Privates messages
- Could you show us an example by providing a screenshot?

EDIT I made some test but I don't receive the notification twice


I've test with my buttercup email address and then, with a gmail email address and I don't have any problem

Like I said many times I am very new to all this so thank you for your patience I must have fixed something as stated in another topic I have been messing around more now that I have the time and working things out, I have just been very busy with my sons graduation apologies for the late responses....

It seems just when you go to edit / change / update your "email" now it seems to give you double notification in your email that it has been changed, which I do not see as a problem unless you think so?

I have not gotten double notification of topics you posted to anymore like I said I am new and have been really working through and checking things out to learn etc..

Appreciate your patience all of yours etc
