Group Legend Brackets problem

Well I did as the tutorial asked but it doesn't work

2) "A detailed explanation of your issue" Whenever I go onto the General tab in my AP(Admin Panel), I try to add the code that modify's the brackets on the Group Legend, when I save and publish and go back to see the groups. I still see the brackets.

Please don't use bold or color and keep to the default text. This is reserved for the staff for moderation.

Are you referring to the templates?  If yes, did you publish the modified template?

Copy and paste your modified template.  Place it in the code tags.

I can't copy-and-paste my modified template because my forum is deleted.
