You can't really edit themes after they've been submitted. If you notice buttons missing, you can always request what is missing in the graphics requesting area.

There is no section for requesting themes. You can however request individual art.

We do not do whole theme requests.  You will need to locate a forum that offer that services.

All available themes are on Hitskins. If they are not there then that means they are customized. We can not give out customized themes.
