Solved Can't change navigation bar picture

Sorry if i post it in wrong forum , my English is kinda terrible.
My problem is , i can't change the picture with Messages from Admin CP > Display > Headers & Navigation
I've got some pics to show you what's exactly my problem :

Here is the option for changing the picture

Can't change navigation bar picture Hte81c

And that's what happens when im trying to change the picture and click Send..

hI,
If you want to change the pictures go to:

ACP (Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > General / explore
