Removing users birthday from the calendar

Hi everyone, had a quick search on this but couldn't really find anything. Does anybody know if/how it's possible to remove users birthdays from the calendar, so that only events show?

We have quite a large number of users of our forum and the calendar has a lot of birthdays in it now, which means when we add events, they're not so easy to spot. I don't really want to disable the whole birthday thing though, as I think it's a nice touch, just hide them from the calendar if possible.

Try:

Administration Panel > Display > Templates > Calender

Try removing the code from the first one (birthday_list_box) and publish it by clicking the plus sign. Also remove the code from the one with the description that says "Birthday detail" and publish.

Did you publish the modifications? Clicking save won't publish the modifications, you must click the plus after saving it.

Do you also want to remove it from the who's online section?

Yeah I did click the plus after saving, to publish it. I assume the change should show fairly instantly? It wouldn't let me save it without anything in there though, so I just added a full stop.

I've just tried again and left it for a good hour or so, but the birthdays were still showing in the calendar.

No I'm quite happy to keep it in the who's online section, just remove from the calendar
