E-Mail Notification & Post Courting Problems [solved]

I have 2 Problems with my Forum:


1st Problem-
Whether of not it is Disabled in the Admin Panel & User Profile of not- Every time a User gets a PM an E-Mail Message is Sent to their E-Mail Address.

Its a Big problem because at the end of the Day the Administrators wind up having about 150 E-Mails from forumotion.

I'm wondering if this is a Problem that needs a Technician's Help?


2nd Problem-
Two of the Administrators on my Forum also noticed that their Post Count was down.
I thought maybe it was a glitch and that I would just reset it but then I thought that it could be a Bigger Problem (in which Just resetting it would not be a good fix)
Possibly Technician help needed too?

Yes, I am one of the admins who had their post count go down.

I'd looked at all my posts, and saw the last page, those posts being for sure not my first.

Can't anyone help us?

I wonder what this is about anyway?

You need to Edit your Post if you need to Reply again (and if you would be Double posting) if it has not been More than 24 Hours if I remember the Rules Correctly.

Meanwhile, may I remind that double/triple posting isn't tolerated unless separated by 24 hours(Use the edit button) and pm'ing staff members to come quicker is not tolerated either.

I have also had to moderate you other times tonight in regards to spamming threads with meaningless posts.

Now as for your problem, I am not going to move this over to techs until it is determined that there is an issue with this on a tech level.

It seems more that you do not have something set correctly in either the admin panel or each individuals profile. I think if it was a technical thing, it would be happening to others.

Just keep an eye on things, and if it continues, and we have gone thru all of the steps to make sure it is disabled, then we will consider moving it to techs if we deem it necessary.

Skittles don't worry about it. I have explained that I needed to empty the basket and the posts went down. There were reasonable explanations for each problem.
