Time between litigations.

Does anybody know what the time limit is between making a new litigation? There are a couple of forums I need to report, but after doing the first one, I keep getting messages when trying to do the others saying that I can't do another litigation in such a short amount of time. It has been around 10 minutes, I though by now it would let me. Anybody know how long I'm going to have to wait?

i have a question regarding litigation. i recently got a litigation notice but the pictures that i have are not illegal or copyrighted, is their any way that i could forward the email i got to an administrator or moderator and have one of you guys tell me what to do, because right now i am very confused. also is their a way to know who is the person who accused my forum of this.
