Need Help With Portal Page

I did something in the Permissions section which took the List of Recent Topics away from guest users.
Not sure exactly which option was used to cause this.

As it stands now I have setup the permissions to view:

members all across the board.

The Recent Topics List on the Portal Page, only comes up after login. Which is fine, but I would like to be able to view that list while not logged in. Also I setup the permissions so any would be browser does not see personal posts. Prudence.

Anyone know to get around this?
