I've missed icons in the forum lately: no new messages, new messages, locked, and the other. Also, the admin panel does not see styles, can not modify them, there is no image. What's the problem? This also happened on my other colleagues' forum.

Which icons there are more than one new icon?  Please post screenshots of the issues you are having.

You need to upload new ones, or you could use the example icons.  After using the test account you sent, I believe the icons were not hosted on Photobucket or Tinypic.  It looks like the links to the missing icons are using a service called hits.in.
