In progress Background colors, Borders, and Fonts

Hello,

In my CSS I need help finding 3 elements to alter them.

Firstly, there is a large plain background (grey in color) that I wish to darken. Where in the code is this background color dictated?

Secondly, the borders of the forum are a huge blocky mess and I wish to thin them and change their colors. Where in the CSS are these borders located?

Lastly, the "Forum" "Topics" "Posts" "Last Posts" text at the top of the forum box is wholly too small and I wish to enlarge it. Where can I find that?
