Hello Fmjc001,

No it is not physically possible to have a forum skin that replicates 'The Forum of Forums'.

However, it is possible to change the images to make it more customised. If you go to:
Admin CP --> Styles --> Pictures and Colours --> List of the Pictures

In here you can upload your own images for category boxes, backgrounds, banners, buttons etc. etc. which is what this forum has done.
