In progress I need help for a forum witch is not mine

Hi there,
I'm a member of this lovely ' http://tarot-manija.forumlatvia.com/forum' but the creator of it named "Джема" disappeared for more than 8 months.I send her plenty of mails - no respond at all . I & the rest of members really like the Forum & we need to wake it up .We have a lots of new fans who want to join us .Could you give me a permit to accept them request,pls.Thanks of your help.

You can contact one of the staffs telling that the founder of the forum left 8 months ago.

Sorry i didnt understand.Witch staff do you mean?From our forum or from this one? And how & where could i find it ?
