Transfering old members to a new forum? [solved]

Is there any way to do this at all?

See my old forum was a flop, so I have started a new one, is there anyway to transfere my old members to the new forum?

If not, is there a way if I close down my old forum there is a message to tell my members about the new forum?

No you can't sorry..but to let them know you are starting another forum go into your Admin panel/general and down the left hand side you will see newsletter, use that to send every member notification. Also down the same left hand side you will see forum deletion.
