Background disappearance

So... i have a question. Namely, that I have such a code. I want to remove the background. However, the color section is also there, in this case being black. However, I want it to be completely transparent. Opacity is not good because it also makes topics transparent. (Or I don't use it well.)

What background do you want removed:   whole forum (site) or forums (topics)?
