Uninvited Guests on my private forum

Hi,

My forum has no public pages - you must sign in to see anything, including the memberlist. The portal hasn't been activated. The only time I see "guest" on "Who is online" is for a few seconds after a member has signed off. I have an external hit counter and I also use the statistics of the forum/who is online one. For the last couple of days I've been seeing one or two "guests" with the same IP address lurking, but I don't know where they could be?? The external hit counter which records visits to the home page hasn't picked this up. Am I being hacked? I don't think this is a bot.

Its happened to me on another Phpbb2 forum. Yes, i think someone is following your account via. hack. I don't really know, what i suggest:

Get an anti-virus and scan,
Remove everything that comes up as a trojan or a keylogger
Then reset your password.

If that don't work, i don't know
